The engraving came out just right. The names were spelled correctly, and everything matched my order exactly. Really happy with how it turned out.

I ordered an award it just didn’t feel like it was worth what I paid. The whole process took longer than I expected, and when I reached out to customer service, they weren’t much help at all?? I kept wondering, is this really the experience I paid for?? I don’t think I’d order from them again...

The proofing process was decent overall, but it did take a bit longer than I was expecting. I had to check back a couple of times, which was a little annoying, kind of like waiting for food delivery when you’re already hungry and keep looking out the window for no reason. Anyway, the final proof looked good once I got it, so no real complaints there. I just wish things had moved a little faster

The award showed up in this flimsy little box with almost no padding inside, just a tiny bit that didn’t really protect anything. The corners were crushed when I opened it, and the whole thing looked like it had been packed in a rush. For something that’s supposed to look nice when it arrives, the packaging felt cheap and careless. I was disappointed.

I was happy with the checkout process overall. It was simple to get through and didn’t take much effort. The only small issue was that the page loaded a bit slowly, but aside from that, everything went smoothly.

I’m frustrated because I’m still waiting even though the promised date has already passed!!! I was expecting it to be done by now, but the turnaround has been really slow!!!

I was booking this sometime last week, or maybe the week before, and thought I had a good idea of what the total was going to be. Then right near checkout, a bunch of extra fees popped up. It felt kind of sneaky, and just made the whole thing annoying. I really wish they showed the full price earlier so you know what you’re actually paying.

I was hoping for a lot more customization than what was actually available. It felt limited, so I couldn’t really make it fit what I wanted. Weirdly, I remember spending more time trying to change one tiny setting than anything else, which kind of says it all.

Maybe it’s fine if you only need something simple or basic, but for me it was disappointing. I ended up leaving the site and looking somewhere else
